Is there a way to extract the map from routegadget 2 without using print screen. I know you could get the maps of older versions but do not know if you still can. Any help would be much appreciated.

Assuming you are talking about the UK version of Routegadget2 you can use the Chrome developer tools to obtain the file name. Go to the event you want within RG2, then press F12 to bring up the developer tools. You then need to go to

Sources -> Page -> Top -> www. oclub. routegadget. co. uk -> Kartat -> x.jpg

x.jpg is the file you are after. You can right-click on the filename to open it or copy the address.

You can probably do something similar in other browsers.

Clubs usually hold the copyright for any of their maps but since they have published it on the internet you are free to view it. If you decide to then print it off and use it to go training you then you may run into problems with access issues and upset the club who own the map.
